Ms. Kanevsky graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Faculty of Law in 2000 and has been practicing law in the area of personal injury and real estate since 2001.
In 2005, Ms. Kanevsky was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario and has continued to practice law in Ontario since then. In 2008, Ms. Kanevsky graduated with a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, gaining further knowledge in different areas of law.
Since 2009, Ms. Kanevsky is acting as a principal lawyer of the Kanevsky Law Office and leading a knowledgeable team of professionals. For over 20 years of legal work Ms. Kanevsky and her team appeared at different levels of courts and tribunals, successfully argued on motions, trials, arbitrations and hearings, resolved thousands of claims and reached tens of millions of dollars in settlements for their clients.
The legal practice of the Kanevsky Law team extends to personal injury in MVA and slip and fall, catastrophic injury, brain injury, real estate, wills, family law, immigration, corporate law, landlord/tenant matters and more.

Ioulia (Julia) Logoutova
Julia has been practicing exclusively in the personal injury field with a focus on accident benefits claims since 2003 and was licensed by the Law Society of Ontario (formerly known as the Law Society of Upper Canada) as a "grandparent" paralegal in 2008.
During her career, she has helped numerous clients with minor to catastrophic injuries (the latest under the supervision of Ms. Kanevsky, the principal lawyer of Kanevsky Law Office). Using her extensive knowledge in the legal field and deep understanding of the nature and extent of the client's injuries, Julia is able to coach the injured person through the lengthy claim process and make sure that no entitlement to the potential benefit is left unaddressed.
Julia always puts the client's interests first and always achieves the maximum possible results, be it settlement negotiations or dispute resolution processes.
